Called for advice on how do deal with my father with dementia. The person I spoke was very unhelpful and even combative. This time is very difficult and frustrating and they made it much much worse.
The amount of ways this place is failing it's patients is unbelievable. Today- noone is even answering the crisis line
I'm anti social so when I have an episode calling them is not a good idea,u must be calm so being disabled isn't allowed I have been incarcerated once for three days and have a criminal record for calling 911 so do not call if u have a psychotic that's not allowed.
I don't pay electricity I don't pay rent because my apartment could never pass an inspection there are hole in my ceiling because it leaks ,the leak killed my cat over a year ago section 8 means live in a unsafe dumpster or be home less I'm being evicted in 5 days yippee
If you call for urgent help after hours, the response was “ it’s your own fault on for allowing yourself to get SAed”. They don’t care if you’re having suicidal ideation, and are being abused. I hope other people sue them!
