A sales oriented company only. Very poor after sales support! If machine breaks down, unreasonable call out and travel charges and long down time due to limited techs which cost businesses. Invest you money somewhere else.
Do not buy equipment from Washtec.. No aftersales service. No parts in Australia . No access to software. Customer service is rubbish. 4 years after buying a washtec machine every time you need service, parts its a nightmare. Buy something else.
