Learned about this place through the HPHS Band car wash and got the car deep cleaned (after 17 years). It needed it. And they did such a good job. The kids asked if this is what a new car smells like!
The 2 star rating is not for wash quality (it's above average), rather it's for the new owner's questionable business philosophy and dismissive attitude to legitimate customer input. These traits become relevant when one's car get damaged (somehow) while on their premises. Amazing service and care was taken to clean my SUV of dog hair and dog stink! The fine folks at Savvy worked very hard to delivery a like new vehicle. I will not consider any other car wash. the few extra dollars is well worth it.
I recently brought in a 2008 Lexus that needed a lot of love—WashSavvy did a great job detailing the car, it almost looks new! Booking online was easy, too.
Hidden gem. These guys did an excellent job detailing my car. Great that they pick up and drop off in HP.
