Tries to use the car wash today but was verbally attacked by the owner as I was cleaning my car out and asked if I had a trash can at home and was I planning on using the car wash , well I was going nail that un professional behavior
Bruh. I tried to use the car wash on my lunch break, it wouldn’t turn on at all, it charged my card $10 and then turned around and charged my card $14!!!! I couldn’t find a number to call and valvoline said the owners don’t care if their car wash rips people off they won’t fix any problems. I’m pissed off I paid $24 and didn’t even get to wash my car.
Good powerful water and plenty of soap, just pulled up 2 bays were blocked off, 1 was full of quarters and the last bay didn't read my quarters on top of that couldn't find a phone number to contact about this. thank you
Waited 1/2 to get a wash. Only got the $14.00. But no soap! How you run out of the most important thing…is beyond me. Hopefully the owner will reach out. If not, there’s a brand new car wash in town and he may lose a customer.
First time going to this one. I usually go to the one on Crystal drive. I regret using this one. No soap, just water today. Paid $42 for a bundle of four washes this morning at 8:20AM. The receipt didn't print so I didn't get the code to actually use the bundle. As expected and shown in the reviews below, the box to 'fill out a card and we will get your money back' is empty.
