I canceled my membership on 2/27. I filled out the cancellation form and was told it would be “taken care of”. I was charged the $30 membership fee on 3/18. I emailed. No response. I called. The manger told me to email him proof of the form. Thankfully I took a photo of the cancellation form. Since that email, I’ve called twice with the response that “corporate will refund me sometime this week. It’s now 4/14 and I have yet to see a refund! Wow what a fall off in quality. I used to live next door and come here all the time. If the carwash didn’t do it jobs properly they would send you back through to clean up any spots that were missed. That’s no longer the case. I don’t know if their is new ownership or what but now the car wash does an abysmal job and the guys that would normally dry your car and send you back if your car wasn’t clean no longer do that. Both of my rearview windows are just as dirty as when I came in. They have two people that draw your car that do not do a very good job. There was a lot of water left on my car however I couldn’t go to the vacuuming area to dry it myself because it was completely full waiting for a while. I had to leave my front window. Looks like there’s dust on it. It’s probably one of the worst drive-through car washes I’ve ever gone to.
