I brought my car here and paid the for the #11 ($267) to have it fully cleaned and detailed inside and out. The following day I brought it back due to the bare minimum being done and received the same service again hoping to be satisfied but that was not the case. After the second clean I showed up to pick up the care and immediately noticed the same exact spot it was in when I first dropped it off and pointed it out after bringing it back again. i (woman in my early 20s) had never driven into a car wash before, so i made the mistake of using my brakes at first. that was my bad as they did have a sign that said no brakes. however, the treatment that followed was the worst customer experience i have ever had. in the span of 30 seconds the person at the entrance of the car wash began SCREAMING at me, telling me i don’t listen, asking me if i’m stupid, telling me he didn’t trust me to drive, and finally yelling to the customers behind me, ‘this ******* girl has no *****... read more
