Machine ate my money and the owner/employee on the phone refused to make it right and refund me. He said i had to wait around until he came to the location, and refused to just mail me a check. This place is poorly maintained, the water takes 15 seconds to start flowing, and after spending way too much on a bad wash, I tried to fill up my tires. The air line was leaking, and left my tires lower PSI than before. Avoid this place
I always have a great experience at Washman Car Wash on South Lancaster. The staff here are excellent — most of the time it’s just one person running the whole place, but they really know what they’re doing and they keep everything running smoothly. The service is quick, friendly, and consistent every time. I also appreciate the free vacuum and the free dashboard wipe they provide. Manager is awful! The old manager was awesome. Love washmans as a whole. This location is the worst!
Right off the bat, Ian greets you Everytime with a big smile and always brightens my day and anyone who gets a wash when he is working!! Careful and courteous every time!!
You might pay a lot for a poor cleaning.
