I live close by and this is the 4th time I use the clinic in the past 2 years. The staff is respectful and helpful, so is the doctor. Thank you
WHHS is a butcher shop. Do NOT go there. They will rip you off with 5 to 6 times the charges on your bill. They have contractors in every department. Specially all the urgent care/emergency staff is on contract. They tell you that we take your insurance, but that contracting company doesn't and they won't tell you that. Later you will receive tons of bills with outrageous cost. They charged $300 to me for a receiving nurse who saw me for 2 mins, took my blood pressure and weight. This is a business so don't let them play church angles with charity money. They don't use charity to fund the underinsured.. And even if you have full coverage insurance: They don't want the brand of insurance..
Professional, attentive, and kind staff.
The front desk had terrible service. Avoid this place at all costs.
