Poor quality providers, specifically Osama Altayar. He did not have adequate medical competency and moral character. He did not do any work and hold up his responsibility and ethical standards and was just frankly harassing me. (West county location) Overall staff is just ok. Dept’s philosophy is not centered around high level compassionate patient care. They are not forward-minded and rather behind in the world of medicine. Just very unpleasant staff & gloomy
Doc's office staff is usually never polite, but this place is terrible. Women on the phone was rude, inpatient. She was sighing and being short when I re-asked the question, and she just hung up at the end. It's unfortunately, that patient are being treated as dirt. And she is being paid and has job bc of us, people who has health issues..
