Extremely Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Washington University School of Medicine Psychiatry at 3009 N Ballas Rd, Suite 141A. To begin with, they do not answer their phone — I called multiple times for help with directions and received no response. The directions they provided were completely inaccurate, sending me the wrong way down Ballas Avenue, which caused me to arrive late despite following their instructions exactly.
