I placed a call to ask about getting meds for my children and the older woman (her name is carol) that answered the phone was absolutely rude and very unpleasant! I couldn’t even make my request clear because she constantly talked over me. I was very calm so there was absolutely no reason to be rude! I no longer trust my children to be treated/seen in this facility due to the level of disrespect that was displayed on that call.
Doctors and nurses were great. Take time to answer questions. The only person that was rude was the front desk clerk. Who, by the way, has the personality of a gnat. Try better Northwest. Fire her and get someone in there who actually has people skills and is... oh I don't know... friendly.
Dr Hanson and Dr. Casey have been great with our girls. The nurses are so sweet and everyone works together to make the appt. Fast and fun for the kiddos.
Clean office, the nurses were nice. The front desk employees were rude to my wife on more than one occasion. Very pushy on vaccines. Almost relentless. Tested one of my kids for everything except what she ended up having. Cost me over $300. Just an overall pain.
