Dr Miele is incredible. She has helped guide us through finding the medications we need and is an overall kind, thoughtful doctor who leads with compassion. My son loves having her as his pediatrician after having gone through a few different doctors, trying to find who we clicked with. We will be with her until he ages out!
Clean office, the nurses were nice. The front desk employees were rude to my wife on more than one occasion. Very pushy on vaccines. Almost relentless. Tested one of my kids for everything except what she ended up having. Cost me over $300. Just an overall pain.
Dr Suzanne Hanson, MD was wonderful and very helpful and caring with my 7 year old. Our nurse was great also. Very professional.
We've been going here ever since we moved to St. Charles 3 years ago, and I haven't had a single negative experience since. I have been able to get a same-day sick appt every time I've needed to, and all appts, post-appt notes, testing results, etc., are immediately and conveniently available in MyChart. I have never had a problem with reception, they've been nothing but exceptional when I check my children in or leave after an appt, so there must be newer staff working since some of the older and more negative reviews here.... read more
