Fix your system. There is absolutely no reason it should take 2 days of phone tag, finding a specific person, and when someone finally answers being on hold for 10 minutes to confirm appointment dates that YOU already picked out. Send a message on mychart asking if those days work. Its that easy. Fix yourself
Was assigned from the hospital they don’t respond to calls or emails they schedule telemedicine appointments and don’t show up leaving their patients hanging and not allowing medication refills or any direction to help find a permanent provider. I would only use them if you absolutely have to but your best bet is to contact other providers and set something up before discharge from the hospital.
I've always had good experiences here. The experienced doctors and the ones in training. Not sure why someone would give a bad review without writing the reason why.
