Called to switch my doctor and got hung up on.. the lady was very rude as well.
Blown away by the professionalism and organization. The front desk staff verify my insurance coverage every time I come in. The doctors take the time to answer my questions and provide additional resources. I also like that there are always at least two staff members in the room.
