I couldn’t get into see my regular OBGYN at this practice, because she’s totally booked out through September! I knew I had my regular symptoms of a female infection, and I needed to be seen ASAP. I’ve battled this specific infection chronically ever since my total laparoscopic hysterectomy in 2022 @ age 38. I had to make 4 phone calls to the Nurse’s line just to get a bunch of lip service. I had a terrible experience here. My appointment was canceled just minutes before it was scheduled to begin. The reason? They claimed my insurance wouldn’t cover the visit—even though I had a written referral in hand and they already had a copy on file. I told them I was willing to pay out of pocket, but they still refused to see me and insisted on canceling. Denying care to a pregnant woman who is willing and able to pay is absolutely unacceptable. Called to switch my doctor and got hung up on.. the lady was very rude as well.
