I took my 3-year-old in after discovering blood in her underwear. The nurse practitioner who examined her completely dismissed my concerns, claiming it was just stool, and told me to clean my daughter. She refused to conduct any lab tests. Thankfully, my daughter's pediatrician was able to run lab cultures and confirmed that there was indeed an issue, and it was NOT stool in the underwear. Such an amazing medical staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
Reserved my spot online and we were seen within seconds of checking in. In and out in about 30 minutes. They were quick, kind, and gave great care! I was so impressed.
Website, their automated system, and flyer they handed me with the bar code all says they take walk ins. I get here after a 20 minute drive to be turned away because “all of their time slots are full” so why say you take walk ins when you clearly don’t.
It is a wonderful place to have when you have kids who get sick late in the evening or weekend. The option to schedule a time to come in makes the process amazing. The only thing worse than having a sick kid is waiting in a the waiting room for hours. The staff have all been great and we have had several appointments!
