Beyond impressed with the care, friendliness and warmth shown each time we’ve been here. It’s nice to have somewhere to take your kiddo to on those off hours that make you feel comfortable!
My son fell and had a pretty good gash on his lip. We panicked and headed there, didn’t make an appointment or anything. We got there, the woman at the front desk could tell I was upset and flustered and sent a very kind nurse out to the waiting room immediately to evaluate him. She was very understanding and gentle and let us know he does not need to be seen and why it’s “not as bad as it looks.” I appreciated them seeing us immediately and being so thorough, especially in such a stressful situation. Walk ins are not a thing. Other reviewers said it and I figured it was a fluke, but the lady at the desk said they do not do walk ins.
