Love the whole staff! I was in and out! I completely recovered!
Had a wonderful experience here! I have never had a knee injury in my life and recently was playing volleyball and badly injured my left knee. I was able to get an appointment next day with Dr. Hartman. While at the appointment, they did both my checkup and xray within a little over an hour and a half. The staff was very kind and attentive — special callouts to: Montrice at the Front Desk, Kelsey the Ortho Tech and Jessica the ATC who helped me laugh instead of cry as I got into a knee brace and some crutches. They don't work with you well in orthopedics when you don't have insurance due to a govt shutdown. It's almost like they forget to be human at the front desk when you call to make an appointment.
