I came here with one of my sons a couple of years ago, and today I came back with his brother. Once again, it was a wonderful experience. For a sports injury, everything happened in one place with almost no waiting. We moved smoothly from the initial consultation to imaging, the follow-up visit, and the cast. Dr. Simpson and Elijah were great You can tell this place is run with attention to detail, and the staff cares.
Very rude front office staff. They do not accept my insurance- no problem that is not the staffs fault- I said I can do cash pay as I am writhing in pain from a back injury and the girl at the desk coldly told me not possible, they are not allowed to take patients who have insurance that they don't accept. Gave me my ID back with no further help or condolences. Went down the street to Mercy clinic and they were all SO kind and professional even though what they were able to do to help was limited, I appreciated the human car... read more
Polite, respectful medical and office staff. Caring. Focused on patient care and recovery.
Had a consultation with Dr Jay Keener. Waiting room is chaotic, but I was pleased with Dr Keener. I'm not moving forward with surgery at this moment, but was happy with diagnosis and the explanation of my condition. Have to see if I return in the future. -MVP
