Their customer service is appalling. I called to schedule an appointment with one of the doctors for my son and when I didn't understand what they were asking, the man said something rude to me and then hung up on me. I will never use them.

Another night mare ENT service. When you are having muffled, Stuff ear due to routine cleaning is required, 10 out of 8 ENT services forces you to go thru hearing test, or medication route, or some other BS diagnosis saying your ear is clean. I was frustrated so I asked to show me with Video scope, she literally forced with unfocused camera into my ear and cause the pain of purposely. What a nightmare nurse practitioner/Karen. Like many other place, get you to do more testing/pseudo visit appt is what they want.
