Banned for a month for going around a cone at the container check station after waiting for 2 hours to drop a loaded container off this place is a joke
The customer service is terrible, talking to you as if you are the most stupid person in the world. When asked a simple yes-or-no question, they kept sending useless, unhelpful messages instead of answering directly.
Worst terminal. Hard to see the locations and easy to get confused and lost. The map isn't great. The staff screams like aminals. Even the second worst terminal Husky has clearly visible signs and the staff doesn’t yell. How do you expect the drivers to navigate here? Resign if you don't know how to arrange the markings.
