Brooke Gibson wasted a month of my time as I began the home buying process. I reached out to her as she was listed at the top of the WSHFC website so I will be contacting them as well. She is unresponsive taking days to a week to respond if at all. She never provided me a link to complete a pre approval application after several requests which is erring on discriminatory. Brooke Gibson is the worst loan officer I've ever worked with. She ignored my phone calls and e-mails. Would say she would get a task done by the end of the business day and then take 2 weeks to do so, causing me to miss the opportunities I was trying to get a loan for. BEWARE!
One week ago, I submitted a request for a SBA loan and was connected to this bank. Anthony R Gomez contacted me and we scheduled an appointment for April 11th at 11:45am. At 11:50am Anthony R Gomez emailed me and said he got called away to a meeting in Bellevue and he would need to reschedule. We rescheduled for today, 11:45am. When Anthony R Gomez did not show up, I emailed him asking if he had trouble finding my building. I've been with Washington trust for almost 10 years and have been working with Jeff the entire time. He is so nice and helpful, he responds quickly and goes above and beyond to help out. I'm very lucky to have him here to help me, I can't recommend him enough
