I was thankful that they paid my overdraft. I talked to someone and they were very helpful.
Always on top of any issues with my account with the simplest of things to fraud alerts. I have been with them for awhile and it's because they don't have extra fees and the great customer service they provide on a daily basis.
Seems like they purposely delay my direct deposit for 24 hours
Great when servicing loans: I used them when I bought a house and when I refinanced. Closing costs were low, they were also very timely when underwriting. Be sure to ask if your local branch has special help for first time homebuyers like down payment assistance etc. Some of them have special neighborhood funding. Lastly, I like the security measures they have put in place. At first I thought they were being a little picky but then with all the id theft, I appreciate the way they protect us!
Wonderful company and friendly staff. NO extraneous fees. Changing to Washington Trust is the best move I ever made.
