The garage door handle is always broken by trespasser's as soon as the maintenance men fix it over and over again (this has happened at least 6 or 7 times) the lobby door can just be forcefully yanked open and broken either because the call box doesn't work due to the rats chewing the wires (if you dont believe theres rats listen to the walls in the lobby or the lower level apartment floors and if you need a visual the rats crawl up the trash shoot to lower floor apartments) and because of this there is really no security th... read more
The community is very nice, they have bingo and other programs for the residents. Only 1 elevator works at a time but thats fine. I been living here for about 7 years
