Communication was horrible. The apartment was not vacant to be seen and they still wanted full security and rent for the unseen unit. Then talk out of two or more sides, one minute I am reviewing applications, next no deposits have been collected, then oh it no longer available, once I was ready to come in with my funds and wanted to see the unit, all in one day. They never followed up with me, I always reached out, so this service to me is zero and suspicious if it really was an apartment available with a tenant still in it... read more
To Management , I’m writing this review for Rosaly Goris I must say she represents your company with excellence, she know how to speak to clients with respect, she is always calm and polite whenever you get to speak with her on the phone. Rosaly brings value to your company.
I'm a former tenant and i enjoyed my time here. As usual all places has pros and cons. Pros: 1. Reasonable rent price. 2. All problems are solved within a day. Sometimes it can be workday, but if it is really urgent, it will be not "just a day". 3. This spring building gone though renovation (Jan 2023 - March 2023) and started to look much better. 4. Good access groceries: 24 hours shoprite. 5. Onsite private parking(paid, for the extra fee) but one can live without a car or rent a parking spot from EOPA (East Orange Parking... read more
