We contracted with WSKB for a new bathroom install (from an empty, unfinished room in our house) in December 2019 with a construction start date of March 2020. We are thrilled with the final product, and would be happy to work with WSKB again. I signed a contract with Washington State Kitchen and Bath (WSKB) on June 10, 2019, for a bathroom remodel scheduled to begin in February 2020. A December opening became available in their schedule and I took it when offered. I was told that I would be without a full bathroom over the holidays which did not matter to me. Demolition began on December 11, 2019. They left a working toilet until the last possible moment. Even so, I was without a toilet for 7 days and a shower for 3 months. 1. When we informed Erin at the contract signing on 5-14-20 that we needed our project to start right away because it needs to be finished before 7-27-20, he wrote on the contract that our project will start as soon as materials were in stock. Although he would not promise us our finish date by writing it on the contract, he said that it was realistic as long as we selected materials that were in stock.
