Called but was hung up on instantly, tried to call back but no answer, when I called many times
I have no confidence in the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) as a tax collecting, public serving, government entity. The state employees working here are kind and provide as good of customer service as they can, but the HCA system is broken. It took HCA 44 days to process a form for COBRA, yet my money (nearly $2,000) was happily received for two months before any service was provided. Due to this delay, I have been unable to receive the life sustaining medication I need.
