Beyond awful. Can't even get a human to pick up phone. Typical WA State crap.
I agree wait times are ridiculous but I'm sure it's because the company is ran poorly not enough help. I found the medical eligibility number online 855-682-0798. I hope this will help more ppl instead of constantly being transfered to eligibility just to wait some more
Met with Connor to resolve a PEBB letter I had received. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. There is still more discussion needed but I was very pleased with my visit to HCA.
Washington State Apple Health needs to change its rules regarding auto-refills. Banning auto-refills is completely unfair to disabled individuals who suffer from strokes, dementia, brain injuries, or severe memory problems. It creates a dangerous barrier to getting life-saving medications. The state needs to allow auto-refill accommodations for disabled patients who cannot remember to manually order prescriptions every month.
