I felt taken care of
Waited on hold for health care and was 40th in the que. Once I got to one caller ahead of me, an hour and 10 minutes later, the phone system said there was an error and hung up on me. Also, the online system does NOT work. It does NOT recognize a 564 area code, and says it is invalid. There are some serious issues that need to be addressed over there. As a Tax Paying citizen for 40+ years, I would expect better than this for my money, and every Tax Paying Citizen.
