We had a appt scheduled with Erin Law. She made sure to indicate that we MUST be on time. On the day of the appt she was a no call not show in the Teams/Zoom room. Both myself and her client took off of work to prepare for this appointment. Very rude and inconsiderate of people's time. No secretary to answer the phone.
