Dr. Junghun Ji is exceptional! Coming back after 3 years, with a dental emergency, at first I was surprised to see new doctor and new staff. But what an amazing experience. Walked in with pain and walked out feeling no pain and taken care of. Highly recommend Dr. Ji
Called several dentists offices for an emergency appointment this morning, and they all were AI generated receptionists, didn’t answer their phone, or gave triple the price estimate than what was given on their website. This office answered right when I called, and confirmed their websites price of emergency uninsured special with me. They also got me in within the hour! I was amazed. My family goes to Washington Square Dental, and we’ve had such a great experience there. I especially appreciate the care and attention to detail that Dr. Sung gives to each patient. She is genuinely honest about patient care and does a great job explaining procedures ahead of time, so you know what to expect. I also really appreciate the transparency when it comes to cost.
