I have never liked Washington Square. To much drug activity. No carpets in all apartments. Gas stove and gas heat.
Safety is NOT a Priority, Security Camera's DO NOT WORK (hasn't for a Year), The Hired Security is A JOKE! No Knowledge of when maintenance will Or will Not be in your apartment!, Cars being vandalized and NOTHING Done! .. Management Does NOT Care EVEN if you get ASSAULTED 🙋 Could Go On and On .. BUT...obviously I would NOT recommend ANYONE to Live in this Apartment Complex!
Apartments are okay, I did have property stolen out my apartment by people that work here while I was visiting my sick mother I tried to reach out to the office about it but nothing has really been done.

nasty infested cockroaches.. and drug dealers..I wouldn't live there if it was free.
race relations and the need to help homeless people here in Pulaski. to do more work on apartments in a timely manner. to talk to people to see why they want to move out. to many dogs and people who do not clean up arter them more play area for children. managment not in office. mantance not keeping up with much needed repairs.

The cost of living and the apartment is awesome no complaints. my rates 3 stars due to you being harassed every night and have to worry abt your car being towed. I just think the rental cops do extremely to much especially to the residents make you not even want to live there anymore
Purdum Woods is awesome... Now me and my commitee is getting together to make it better for our young ones....
