In a handy location. Not enough Parking spaces for all the residents. On street parking limited. Lots of maintenance issues bc bldg is old. Many apts have flooded. Holes appear on walls on any given floor. And not repaired in a timely manner. Carpeting needs to be replaced in common areas. Snow removal of sidewalks and parking lot is not taken care of til days after a snow fall, if ever. Making it dangerous for residents, care givers & visitors. Prior Housing Mgr was a tyrant. Staff is great
The girl working in the office on 11/20 needs an attitude check. If she treats her residents the same way she treats delivery drivers she doesn't deserve the job. Zero professionalism.
Needs new management.
