Didn't bother going in. The descriptions of these apartments are seriously flawed. No pool, no dishwasher etc.
I moved to NC from a different state. These apartments, I felt safe, close to downtown & very reasonable price.
My son lived there. Apartsment are not clean even when he moved in. No dishwasher. Old appliences !! The lady that rents is not nice at all. She will not work with you at all. Even if you have no place to go. She is very partial to some.
Miss Brenda is the kindest landlord. She was willing to work out a place for us as newly weds, and I appreciate her kindness. She is very transparent throughout the application process, and calls you within a few days to let you know the approval results. We are moving in the first, and I am beyond excited! It's in a quiet place in downtown Concord, which I love so very much and the location is great. We are close to almost everything.
