It’s too much wrong with this apartment I give birth shortly I can’t raise a baby in this apartment. The property managers for this property never contact you about any work that is to be done, they do not contact you even when you have asked for them to get in touch with you and someone even told you they would contact me shortly, they do no respond to emails so be aware that you will most likely just get the run around from them. Maintenance also never leaves any notes that they were there, so you would never know unless you have a camera. This complex does sneaky things with their tenants so be aware.

Very thin walls, you can hear everything incasedrat neighbors being loud and the office does nothing about it , I would avoid renting here at all costs

From the looks of it, this location might be good for me.. but how much can you trust a property that tries to persuade you into renting without even viewing the property first? 🤔 I was told that the renters wouldnt be moved out until the availability date, and that the apartment could be rented again by then.. so I should start the application process and make a payment to hold the unit...A process that is non-refundable.
