FRAUDOLENT CHARGES...They are stealing money from credit card without any reason...The manager is not helpfull at all. I'm going to report this...That's very shame!!!

Was a member for 14 years until they closed near my house. But despite cancelling my membership they still billed me for two additional months. Not cool. Plus, Gonzalo told me he's the ONLY one who processes memberships. Really? So you work open to close everyday? Uhhh, that doesn't even come close to passing the sniff test. So they kept my money, told me tough luck, and sent me on my way. Trust that THIS word of mouth will go VERY far.
