Un-responsive regarding the process for freezing and cancelling memberships due to Covid19 closure.
The management at this Washington Sports Club is incompetent, not customer oriented and unethical. STAY AWAY

Hidden fees GALORE...Beware....they claim no membership month to month etc..HA HA....only wish Fitness First hadnt closed, now out but cost me $140.00 to leave a gym w "no membership"....better choices abound
This is specific to WSC in Georgetown. They've never been strong on equipment repair & cleanliness. Under new owner a/c system in disrepair. Studios are uncomfortably hot. Only 1 fan in entire gym. Front desk staff are great though as are the regular spin instructors.
Love WSC and the location on Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda. Everyone there is very friendly and the facilities are very clean. I have been training with Alex Slavin for over a year now. Alex is patient and knowledgable and has been very encouraging on my weight loss and fitness journey. I could not have reached my goals without him.
