signed up mid way through April with an understanding that April and May would be covered by $49.99 and then monthly installments would start in June for $39.99. By May 1st(2 weeks after sign up) WSC had staked out $229.99. Management would not return my phone calls, and i was forced to stop the payments by contacting my bank. Beware of these schemers.
I became a member on January 2012, and signed up for a year membership. I attended a few month, then my work schedule changed and I could not attend. As part of agreement they charged my credit card for a year. 30 day before my annual membership I went tot he local club and asked the manager about the cancellation He put the request with member services and promised me that I will not be charged after January 2013. They signed me up telling me it was month to month after 3 months after I audited my credit card statements they were double charging me and could not find out why ... was on hold for long times when I needed to speak to them the manager could not help at the location ... and when I got the double charging straightened out I found out I was in contract ... I had the manager sign me up and I asked him multiple times is this month to month he kept reassuring me it was month to month and all I needed to give was a 30 day notice... read more
Horrible mean manager -- tall big shoulder guy Joe.. Miserable treatment .. He was forcing me to sign for a full membership , and did not activate my 30 days / 30$ trial .. "Why are you rolling your eyes and do not want to answer ? " he told to me , and so on,, He is definitely sex offender and can humiliate everyone around him.. I was speechless
