They’re efficient. But I arrived around 11:00 and had to wait 45 minutes before seeing someone, so, perhaps, if one goes earlier or later, they will get better waiting time.
I don't know who the lady was that I talked to today but very very very rude i dont even want to go down there ever again I had tons of anxiety after the conversation with her like you don't know what people are going thru and to be like that is just un called for...
