No issues renting unit and responsive staff
I had a great experience with this storage facility in West Richland. I rented their smallest unit. The entire setup process was incredibly smooth and convenient. Everything was handled online, which made things very easy. When I arrived, the unit was ready and the key was exactly where it was supposed to be, right on time.
