Take the notice to protect against weather seriously. Otherwise, service was quite good, as was ease of payment.

Wa Self Storage is very affordable. Very nice people to rent from. I have rented from them a couple different times. I am recently renting as of now and always will when needed. If I had ANY problems at all, they have always been available. And if not, l've left a msg and they seem to get right back ASAP. It is a little out of my way but the savings and very nice people to work with makes it all well worth the extra drive. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Wa Self Storage!!!!

I used this business for 3 and a half years. The people are nice and will work with you, but I moved myself 3 separate times because of not being able to access the unit and for leaks. The addition of the plastic squares on the floors is nice, but overall the facility is not well maintained There was so much dirt and water damage on my items, I might as well have left them outside. There weren’t other options for storing when I first moved here that were of better quality.
