Our space was clean, dry and easy to get to. If ever need storage again. We will be using these guys again.
The facility and what they make available to their members is outstanding. Their staff are welcoming, helpful and always friendly and upbeat.
Do not go anywhere else—this place is affordable, clean and absolutely the best and easiest to work with. 5 stars!
I rented a climate controlled unit for 2 years. The customer service was excellent. My items were in the same state they had been in when I stored them. I had at least 2 changes in payment cards that caused billing snags and Holly was very understanding and helpful in getting payments back on track. I could have been hit with late fee's or who knows what but instead she made sure to reach out to me and remind me that I needed to update the billing.
