Best place for health care, IMHO.
I called on a Thurs afternoon to schedule a new patient appointment. The lady took down my info and said "ok, we will review your information and call back to schedule". I thought it would be the same day or at least a next day call back. I still hadn't heard back by the following Tues and called them, leaving a voicemail since nobody answered.
