Excellent Care
All three Staff members I interacted with were TOP NOTCH!!! They made a miserable situation become a pleasant one. They truly care, took their time and even joked with me which was greatly appreciated. I cannot say enough about them. I would say I’ll be back but for obvious reasons I hope not lol. But if I had too, they will forever be my FIRST CHOiCE from now on.
My pharmacist recommended WRUC center to me on a Saturday when my doctor's office was closed. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process. The front receptionist was very nice, professional, and explained every detail of my card charges, insurance filing, etc. I didn't wait but a minute before being taken back to the exam room, where vitals got checked first.
