We were so blessed to have been served by the staff at this clinic. The front desk personal were so kind and helpful. They got us checked in quickly considering we were first time patients and 4 at that. The nursing staff were so personal. They even gave our tearful 2yr old a bear to help calm her. The Dr had a wonderful bedside manner. He engaged the children well and manage to determine our illness and send us away smiling. I am so impressed!

Dr. Gray has twice disregarded me and done absolutely nothing both times I have been sent home from work for being ill. I always prefer my primary physician, Dr. Pierre in Fayetteville but she wasn't available. I'm sure I have a sinus infection and Dr. Gray said to just take ibuprofen and that he couldn't do anything. Pathetic! I'm either going to find a different WR Urgent Care or go back to Med Express when I can't get in with my family practice. Even my boss was upset that he did nothing for me.

I will not be returning to this facility. I get lung infections and they go from bad to off the chart in no time. The doctors always prescribe antibiotics that dry the infections up very quickly. Even the nurses can see the need to prescribe me antibiotics. I went today and the nurse refused to prescribe me antibiotics. She said it "is not time yet." She prescribed me steroids. I am... read more

Wow—our first time to use this clinic today and we were in and out super fast and still able to get to church! Everyone was very friendly and showed care and concern. This is definitely our new go-to for urgent care needs!!

I have been to this facility a few times, and will not be returning after my last visit. The front staff and Nurses were very nice, and listened to my concerns. But, the doctor (Dr. Grey) seemed uninterested, and showed no concern for me whatsoever. He undermined me a few times, and prescribed medication to me that I later found out interacted with medication I was already taking. He was rude, and insensitive. I felt like I was poorly treated, and I would not recommend anyone to this clinic.
