I have cluster headaches and got referred here by my PCP. The doctor completely ignored everything I said and gave me objectively incorrect medical advice. "We're just going to call it migraine; it doesn't matter because they're treated the same way." This just not true. I filed a complaint with Patient Services, and then Washington Regional sold my bill to a debt collector while I was waiting for a response.
