I have been trying to get my cardiology records for the past two months in preparation to see a new cardiologist and have received nothing. There is no way to get in contact with someone from the records department in a timely manner, as the phone number listed online takes you directly to a voicemail box. Larry and Sharon are literally the best! It’s hard to come across people in the healthcare field, who are actually genuine, nice and patient, but they do a great job. I think every medical record building should have people like them at the front. Thank you Washington Regional for having staff that actually care about patients !

The kind lady who works the front desk and answers the phone is so helpful. She is a warm and welcoming spirit. I appreciate the kindness while navigating health challenges. She is amazing & I have had an fabulous experience with the records department.

I have called 3 times, to have the MRI report faxed to the ordering physician! I was told all 3 times they would do it! They have NOT faxed it at all! I worked in the the hospital in Arizona, and never have i seen such unprofessionalism! A report is SUPPOSED to be faxed to the ordering physician! The MRI was done in FEBRUARY! I have been waiting to see what is wrong with my kidneys! What is wrong with simply faxing a report? This is ridiculous, unprofessional and very disappointing! Hire better people!

The sweet lady that answers the phone was very kind and helpful. I’ve requested records twice and both times they were delivered the same day. Great job y’all!
