The staff was courteous, kind and professional. The building is very clean
I was very impressed with Dr Pottorf. He was caring, listened intensely, laughed at my corny jokes and even had a sense of humor himself. He truly related to my thoughts and concerns and put me at ease. Finally...a doctor that really listens to and cares about his patients, gives me such comfort about my upcoming surgery. A major plus in my book. Everyone in his office was sweet. I'm sharing the word that I highly recommend Dr Pottorf at Washington Regional General Surgery.
