Disrespectful and don’t give second chances if you miss an appointment you pretty much done with them. Just because I missed out first. We just moved here and this is how I got treated I cried , and still don’t have a doctor for me or my husband. He needs a doctor so much more then me. So many are going through a lot now and they took me off their list even for future appointments. Rating -0 Dr, abdin -0 Dr, Slater -0

I was so hesitated to find a new primary care physician Since I experience bad care at my old Primary Care Clinic with karas Heath care in Fayetteville and usually having to go someplace other in about a week to see another doctor because they gave you either the wrong medicine but after seeing Farmington Family Clinic Washington Regional I could not ask for a better experience and 1st time new patient establishment appointment and sick patient appointment all on one day with dr. slater thanks for making this very convenient... read more
I was a little hesitant while trying to find a new family doctor. I saw dr. Slater and his staff today I could not be more pleased. He was very patient answered all the questions I had and seem very very knowledgeable. I'm very happy to find our new family doctor - 5 star for sure!!!
