We were running late and they were very understanding and everyone seems to care about the patients, above the typical visit for that size of a clenic.
I am truly upset with my experience. I have been a patient of one doctotr with the facility for over 20 years & have had good results but have been recently referred to & seen by a second opinion. This second opinion must not have fully reviewed my chart since he wanted me to take a new medication I was clearly allergic too. This allergy was listed in my chart multiple times & stilled ignored. Seen in a timely manner. Dr. Bogomilov and his staff were friendly, efficient, and knowlegeable.
All staff from start to finish handled my needs with compassion, efficiency and competence.
