WORST EXPERIENCE EVER in an ER. I went in with severe chest pain, pain radiating down left arm and left jaw pain. They checked me in took vitals and forgot to put iv in and take blood. Never ask what medication I was on. I honestly thought maybe it was just students running the place. It was that bad. I really should have left but where do you go from there. Staff were knowledgeable and experienced in performing their tasks and very courteous to me.
I had a great experience with my Hida scan at Washington regional.
I shared my review, it was almost impossible to write it, I was traumatized.. Never returned a response so I will explain again I was admitted in March 2022 for left lung upper lobeectomy. Surgery had minor complications and wound up in ICU for my stay, 8 days I believe. Therapist came in following day and walked me.Day after says to me your the one with no underwear on , THERAPIST short bald headed younger man. What a frustrating experience. The test was fine, but the multiple attempts to complete the pre-registration was a nightmare. Five unsuccessful calls over a 3 hour period, when it could have been done on the portal in 5 minutes. They are getting a new portal soon, but what about now? Phones go unanswered, voicemail are ignored, referrals take several months to schedule with specialists, and patients have no access to their records. I absolutely love my two doctors here, but I hate the system and my questions and concerns go ... read more
