Today I drove 20 minutes to go to my local imaging center because Washington Radiology claimed they didn’t get the fax sent on 12-18, even though we have an electronic receipt. So today we resigned and resent release. We called Washington Radiology and they told us the fax goes to medical records and they are closed until 12-26, so no one at this multi-million dollar practice to tell us if my fax was received by a staff person, my new appointment is now set for 12-30... we shall see.
Make sure when you schedule your exam that the scheduler has the correct testing information relayed back to you so you can check for errors. I arrived 15 minutes early today for my appointment and was told that I needed a diagnostic test (which I told the person on the phone and it was in all of my records when I made the appointment). So, I was told that I have to reschedule and the earliest they can get me in is next Wednesday. These things are stressful enough. RecommendedI love this place this is my second time here.when I call to make my appointment myself my dr had written me three referrals for three different test so I ask if I could get them all on the same day and she checked came back to phone and said yes.That was good for me then when I arrived the reception and all the staff were awesome and it wasn’t a long wait .I recommend this place highly.
