RecommendedWe waited well over an hour because we were directed to the wrong waiting area. Even though I asked 2-3 times what was the delay.
I arrived at 615 for my scheduled 615 MRI to find the office closed and staff walking out. When I told them I had an appointment, they were very rude but eventually “agreed” to keep my scheduled appointment. When they finally let me into the office, the receptionist chastised me for being late. RecommendedVery cheerful, efficient and COVID protocols are solid
Wanted to do a chest x-ray. Called ahead TWICE!!! and asked will there be any problem since we had COVID but have successfully recovered, have the result that state the we are negative AND have antibodies. Twice we were assured that if we have these docs we are fine. We show up and they say since it says positive we gotta leave now. I am explaining that this is positive for antibodies.
