Very efficient place with kind staff. I was greeted warmly at reception and the technician who did my mammogram was top notch.
Called at 2:30 on Friday to make an appointment. Sent to voicemail to leave a message for call back. Never got called back. Hire enough people to schedule appointments! This is what happens when private equity buys medical facilities and cut staffing to the bone. If they didn't have previous years of scans for comparison, I'd go elsewhere. Endless phone loop, impossible to schedule MRI. Same at most of their locations.
Had an appointment I scheduled via the online portal for WRA. The only location that was taking appointments for a routine mammography was the Arlington office--which was a new location for me. I made the appointment, filling out all pertinent information. When the day arrived, I was 45 minutes early, anticipating having to fill out any relevant paperwork.
