A fantastic experience! There is on-site garage parking (though you do pay), and I was in and out in twenty minutes for a mammogram. The front desk staff and technician were both friendly and helpful. They even helped me with getting my last results from a different company for comparison. The facility is beautiful - modern, clean and comfortable. I'm so impressed!
A most convenient and efficient experience.
The excellent technician at my November mammogram said I would have my report in about a week. Two weeks later I was told that the report had been mailed a few days earlier. Nearly two weeks more passed during which I called twice without getting a callback. Ultimately, I drove to Arlington to get it. Administrative incompetence, indifference, ignorance. Following up—Ultimately, I got my report in the mail. The Pitney-Bowes postmark bore the date 12/3/2023. I received it on 12/30/2023.
My appointment was on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. and was told to arrive 15 minutes early. They had still not arrived by my appointment time so I called the main number and they could not get a hold of the office and was able to confirm that I did have an appointment. Seriously, that is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
