Washington Property Company owns and manages their residential buildings. As a former resident of Solaire 7607, I do not recommend this company as they lack accountability and professionalism. I experienced many safety issues that were not addressed properly. Jeff completely abandoned my alarming safety concern. He gave me false hope to believe I would be contacted within a couple days with answers as to why the police could not be shown evidence of a breaking/entering suspension by their former front desk staff.
